Lost or stolen brush.
Today, 9 April 2026 at 1210 pm, UPS delivered the parcel with tracking number 1Z6655206891810093, however, the packaging was torn and open, as shown in the attached photos, and to make matters worse, part of the parcel was missing, namely the brush that belongs to the set, as shown in the attached photo.
Given that the parcel was damaged, with a large tear caused by UPSs handling of the parcel, I would appreciate it if you could inform me whether the brush, due to an oversight on your part, was not included in the packaging for transport.
If the brush was included by your services in the shipping packaging, then there can be no doubt that its loss, or its removal from your packaging, is the responsibility of UPS.
Whats more, the gelcoat bottle was not inside the packaging box.
If this is the case, I regret that UPSs parcel collection and delivery service did not adhere to the rigor and standards required in the provision of customer service.
I should point out that I intend to purchase the Fender G-Series Set (SVB Item number 25725) and SiliconeGrout Remover (SVB Item number 62391) from your company shortly, and subsequently become a more regular customer. If this situation, for which I do not consider myself responsible, is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will not purchase any further items from your company.
Therefore, as I do not believe I should be penalized, I await your response regarding what you propose to offer in relation to the matter in question.
