Delius Klasing no longer publishes harbor guides.
I had specifically ordered Delius Klasing chart sets instead of the smaller bound chart books from NV, but I wasn't aware that Delius Klasing no longer includes any harbor guides. Plotter charts are increasingly replacing them. Soon, no one will need paper charts anymore, even though they should be the reliable backup.

Really bad shipping
I don't know who's responsible, but I think nine days to deliver all the material in stock is really excessive. DHL specified three different delivery dates three times, and only the last one was met. It might be a good move on SVB's part to improve their delivery times. Otherwise, I hope this was an isolated incident; we'll see if the same thing happens again with our next order.

Significant delay if...
...something is added after the order is placed, which is perfectly possible up to a certain point, as SVB explicitly points out.

At least in my case, this led to a significant delay in delivery, and it took considerably longer than usual for the order to arrive. Ordering over Easter might not have been a good idea either; the holidays are certainly challenging for the SVB logistics department.

Admittedly, it has ALWAYS been incredibly fast (for the last 20 years!), which can spoil you (and lead to more conservative cost calculations).

On the positive side, the packaging is showing progress in reducing plastic. Unfortunately, the packing tape with the "SVB" logo hasn't yet been replaced with an environmentally friendly alternative (yes, such alternatives exist and work).

Lost or stolen brush.
Today, 9 April 2026 at 1210 pm, UPS delivered the parcel with tracking number 1Z6655206891810093, however, the packaging was torn and open, as shown in the attached photos, and to make matters worse, part of the parcel was missing, namely the brush that belongs to the set, as shown in the attached photo.
Given that the parcel was damaged, with a large tear caused by UPSs handling of the parcel, I would appreciate it if you could inform me whether the brush, due to an oversight on your part, was not included in the packaging for transport.
If the brush was included by your services in the shipping packaging, then there can be no doubt that its loss, or its removal from your packaging, is the responsibility of UPS.
Whats more, the gelcoat bottle was not inside the packaging box.
If this is the case, I regret that UPSs parcel collection and delivery service did not adhere to the rigor and standards required in the provision of customer service.
I should point out that I intend to purchase the Fender G-Series Set (SVB Item number 25725) and SiliconeGrout Remover (SVB Item number 62391) from your company shortly, and subsequently become a more regular customer. If this situation, for which I do not consider myself responsible, is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will not purchase any further items from your company.
Therefore, as I do not believe I should be penalized, I await your response regarding what you propose to offer in relation to the matter in question.
