I received the first delivery of the springs I had ordered at the end of 2025. Within a few weeks of use, the two springs broke due to (I assume) a manufacturing defect. When I requested support, SVB was very professional and promptly sent me the new springs under warranty.
One item in my order was unavailable. I offered to replace it with a similar item. SVB sent me a pro forma invoice to pay the difference, all on the same day. I didn't dare choose the alternative delivery options offered, even though they were less expensive. So I stuck with UPS and hassle-free delivery.
