Appalling and misleading delivery

We took Friday off work because DHL indicated delivery between 8 am and 6 pm.

Around 3 pm, we received an email saying we were on vacation and they couldn't deliver.

However, the delivery driver never showed up, and as proof, we were home and our videophone didn't record any calls.

According to the SVB website, we were delivered.

Finally, we took Monday off work to receive the order in the afternoon.

The package was ripped open, and the driver left without asking for a signature.

Last time, the driver signed the delivery slip himself.

This is the third time we've had problems with DHL. Too bad for SVB.
