Late delivery by UPS

Order arrived 3 days later after paying 65€ urgent delivery. UPS driver stated on website update two failed delivery attemtps. I am sitting in my office waiting and I get message on tracking stating he has just tried to deliver and I am not here! Driver did not attempt delivery nor come into the port, we have video surveilance. Disgraceful! We have had to cancel boat lift in due to delay in delivery with extra cost incurred. Please do not use UPS find another delivery company.
