Battery charger on the wrong track
On May 22nd, I ordered a battery charger with urgent delivery by May 23rd directly to the port.
Unfortunately, the package didn't arrive at the port where I expected it, but at my home address. On May 26th, I called SVB; the package was 250 km away from my location. After a 3-minute conversation, all the problems were resolved. SVB is sending the charger again to the correct address. The incorrectly delivered one is being automatically returned to SVB.
