The shipment was packaged like a domestic item, but for a shipment going through so many transit points, improvements are needed. They should offer DHL Express. After customs, it took the Philippine Post over a week to inform me that I could pick up the package. It was never delivered.

Other carriers from the USA and the Netherlands automatically send express shipping, not a standard DHL parcel. At least I finally received the service kit for the bilge pump. Next time, please use express shipping; I have a DHL Express branch right on my doorstep.
