Durée de livraison beaucoup trop longue (9 jours) !!
A croire que DHL ignore ou se trouve geographiquement Hendaye (64700).
Le coli a en effet été transféré à Brussels, Paris, Nantes, Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Biarritz et enfin Hendaye !!

erreur de livraison, car prévu par un dépôt UPS, mais livrer par DHL.d'ou complication pour prendre le colis, la dernière livraison idem, refus du centre de dépôt UPS de prendre le colis DHL !!!!!
