I wondered why the shipping cost to the US was so high for this small order. When I opened the package and found a large heavy catalog I realized that I probably was charged so much for shipping due to the inclusion of your catalog that weighed twice as much, at least, than the two table brackets I purchased. And, on top of that, the catalog was not in English so it would not be useful even if I had wanted it.

So, as you can see, I am not thrilled by your shipping choice due to the high cost but I don't think I was given the option during the order process to select another shipping option that would have had a more reasonable cost and the option to not receive your catalog...

Our answer

We regret that the impression arose that you had to pay higher shipping costs because of our catalogue. Sorry, but that is wrong. Shipping costs have been calculated only for the ordered goods and not for additional advertisment materials.
