UPS is not a formidable partner!
Indeed an stupid system they use.. I tried to redirect or hold the delivery as I got sick in Gothenburg. Impossible to do tey say! we need to go out and deliver first, THEN you can change and put on hold!!!! But no mail or other info...So when I got back from the hospital and came home I find 3 notes that my parcel was to be picked up at a candy store ( at least in my home quarters!) Is this 2017 and the service of a global player?????
