Le premier frigo est arrivé avec un défaut d'aspect . Nous avons été en contact avec le SAV téléphonique et mail. Bon accueil, efficacité et réactivité. Un nouveau colis nous a été adressé très rapidement( moins d'une semaine)sans enquête draconienne suspicieuse.

The product description shows that the weight is 28 kg. On your website Up to 31 kg and a max. Length of 1,20 m within EUROPE! Nevertheless, I'm billed 49,95!
This is misleading as it is the total price I use as compared to other products! The total weight should therefore be shown in the product letter!

Our answer

A refrigerator can not be send in a standard parcel. This item is marked as a bulky good in our webshop and need´s to be delivered on a pallet. Of course the costs for a transport of a bulky good are higher than for a standard parcel.
