I am very satisfied about the product, but also about the handling by SVB. After receiving the product I discovered a production-faillure and informed the SVB crew about this problem. Within a few days, after returning the product, I received another copy. Well done, SVB! Thanks for your correct and quick way of solving these sorts of problems.
