I still think it is poor customer service forcing me to send back the faulty unit before I can have replacement. It is more of a policy than a people issue. My expericen for buying from ASIA is the opposite. Normally I shoud get the replacement unit and a ticket to send the faulty unit back. Once this is sorted out my boat is already waxed by hand...
