Très bon rapport qualitéprix (pour les produits que j'ai acheté).
Très rapide dans le traitement de la commande, la livraison.
Suivi efficace du transport.
Moins bien en suivi client (jamais eu de réponse à une question posée concernant ma première commande).
PS j'ai été étonné de ne pas avoir trouvé un catalogue 2017 dans le carton alors qu'il venait de sortir.

Die Fernbedienung wurde - auch durch mein Versehen - sechspolig geliefert. Kommuniziert wurde von SVB, die gewünschte 3-polige Bedienung wäre grundsätzlich nicht lieferbar. Ein kurzer Anruf bei Robert Lindemann KG (auch Ihr Lieferant!) ergab, dass das gewünschte Gerät unter einer geringfügig anderen Teilenummer wohl erhältlich wäre. Ich habe inzwischen anderweitig bestellt.
