Service van SVB was prima, ook het e-mail contact verliep prettig en service gericht. Jammer dat het product twee keer met DHL verstuurd moest worden naar hetzelfde adres. Later bleek dat de vaste bezorger die week niet aanwezig was en dat zijn of haar vervanger het juiste adres niet kon vinden. Dit heeft de levertijd negatief beïnvloed maar is een verbeterpunt voor DHL en niet voor SVB.
