Lieferung sehr schnell. Gestern bestellt. Heute geliefert. Besser geht es nicht. Verpackung einwandfrei.
Service und Kundenberatung sind etwas verbesserungswürdig. Wenn ein Rückruf ankündigt wird sollte er auch erfolgen. Musste deshalb zum Mitbewerber um mir die entsprechende Auskunft zu holen.Deshalb keine 5 Sterne, sondern nur 3 Sterne.
Mit der Bestellung sehr zufrieden.

Erreur de calcul sur le site web qui ne compte qu'un transport marchandises lourdes alors qu'à la validation ils en comptent 4 !!! Appel téléphonique et remise commerciale pour faire passer la mauvaise surprise.
Commande passée mercredi AM palette de 210 kg reçue le mardi matin !!!
