L'emballage était fragile, il a été détérioré lors du transport et renforcé par le transporteur (des écrous se promenaient librement, heureusement rien n'a été perdu). Le service DHL utilisé n'est en fait que la poste ordinaire allemande, rien à voir avec DHL Express, qui a des représentants partout dans le monde. Pour venir en Nouvelle Calédonie le colis a mis 35 jours, alors qu'il devait me parvenir en 1520 jours.
Heureusement que SVB a été très réactif pour répondre à mes mails et appels téléphoniques.
