Paket nach 2 Tagen immer noch nicht abgesendet (laut Tracking DHL). Ans Telefon geht nach 5 min auch keiner . Da sind die "Technickspezialisten" wohl zu sehr beschäftigt.

bin sehr angenehm überrascht, da die Lieferung extrem schnell war. Allerdings ist die Verfolgung der Auslieferung dürftig. Bis zum Lager Rendsburg war es gut, danach
leider den Rest des Tages nicht mehr sichtbar. D.h. ich war gezwungen den Tag im
Haus zu verbringen, weil ich die Lieferung dringend benötigte.

There was a major delivery problem and delivery took over 13 days. SVB did not show to me any concern in fact the responses to my urging SVB's involvement with DHL over the delayed delivery were quite rude and unnecessary; basically do you see IDIOT stamped on my forehead??
