Im Zuge der Verschickung und des leider notwendigen Umtauschs waren der Kontakt schnell und freundlich und vor allem das Retourenportal ist eine prima Entwicklung!!

A human being answered my international phone call on the second ring. Great! The order took five days to get out of the wharehouse to the shipper. Shipper had it four days before it was sent to Asia. Another 9-10 days for me to receive my order. 77 Euros was a lot to pay for DHL's SLOW service. So three weeks door to door. Nothing spectacular here.
