This delivery was fantastic; is the first order still in transit?
I placed an identical order starting on January 16th (1.5 months ago). Still not delivered?
Customer service sent a new, identical order without consulting me, but with a new invoice.
Delivered today, March 2nd.
I understand their goal, but I feel consultation is necessary. Especially when you create a new invoice that remains open until order 1 is delivered. But I have no control over that. Because where is order 1? (since January 16th!)
Now it's suddenly become my problem!
I don't think so...
