The order was split up in two shipment, because of missing parts.

First the order was hold back because of missing parts, then I asked for a due date which SVB was not able to give.

My point of view is that, if something is missing inform me with a due date for when I can expect to receive missing part, thereby I have the possibility to cancel the order and buy the missing part somewhere else.

In this case SVB send the second shipment without extra cost for me, but still the information about when I can expect the part was not able to achieve from SVB.
