I ordered the products on a Sunday and did not receive them until Tuesday the week after, i.e. the delivery took nine days! We really needed the products on the weekend and experienced huge problems because we did not receive them. SVB blame DHL, and claim to have shipped the products on the Tuesday, but if DHL take a whole week to bring them to Sweden, SVB should really consider changing their method of delivery. Now DHL blame SVB and SVB blame DHL, and nobody takes any responsibility.
