Dear SVB Team, after placing my online order, the package arrived in the Algarve 5 business days later. Unfortunately, one wooden shelf didn't survive the transport, and a 1-liter tin can of thinner was also bent, although it remained sealed. After a phone call, a new shelf was sent free of charge the same day. All in all, everything went perfectly; you just have little control over the delivery.
