ordering and delivery was excellent, friendly and very quick. \r\nOn arrival the generator did not start although we prepared everything exactly according the manual. So we called SVB (Mr. Dietbrecht Granz). All he could tell us was write an email, which we did immediately. It took him 5 days to respond. His answer: you forgot to fill in oil, although our email made clear that we did everything by the book. Another email pointing this out again led to his answer: \"see the next HONDA dealer\", even though that we told him that we are living on a very remote Caribbean island without whatsoever dealers or workshops. He made clear that for him this issue is closed. \r\nWe cannot imagine that the rude, incompetent and legally not covered behavior is within the customer policy of such an excellent company like SVB. \r\nP.S. in the end we could solve the problem by ourselves. We found a loose plug connection.\r\n
