Apparently received old, dirty goods.

I received the skirting board I ordered. Unfortunately, I found it arrived in a defective condition.

The skirting board is visibly dirty and frayed in several places. Furthermore, the delivered length does not match the ordered length. Instead of the stated five meters, the board measures only 4.90 meters.

The current situation is particularly problematic for me, as I am traveling to Croatia on Tuesday and absolutely need to take the skirting board with me and install it there.

A timely replacement delivery is therefore probably no longer possible.

For this reason, I request a reasonable price reduction.

I would appreciate a prompt response so that I can plan accordingly.
