I hav a very good experience with the delivery of this product - we ordered the product from Romania and lots of other companies wanted to charge us 60-80 EUR only for the shipping (crazy prices, wtf?). SVB only asked us for 7 EUR (delivery price to RO) - great service, delivery tracking functioned very well and if I will order other sailing-products in the future, I will for sure look for the products first at SVB.

Habe eine zweite Pumpe für einen Bootskumpel bestellt. Der Service von SVB super!!. Da dies ein Notfall war,wurde mir durch den SVB-Mitarbeiter versprochen die Bestellung sofort zu bearbeiten.Bestellun g erfolgte gegen 13 Uhr - am nächsten Tag gegen 11 Uhr die Sendung mit DHL erhalten. DANKE den SVB Mitarbeitern!

Das Porto für einen Gasschlauch von 6,90 ist eindeutig zu hoch. Mann muss nicht unbedingt mit DHL versenden. UPS und Co sind preiswerter. Aber als Kunde hat man ja nicht die Wahl. Schade, Schade!!!
