Good online process - next day delivery

One of the nautical charts was unavailable and the order was cancelled – it would have been even better if SVB had stated directly that the chart would be released in a new edition in March/April and would then be shipped immediately. As it is, I ended up buying from a small marine supply store that will ship the new edition as soon as it's available.
