Hello, 4 business days after ordering from the online shop, I received an email stating that there was a problem with the availability of the yellow rope, as the 7m length was no longer available. I then wrote back, asking when the rope would be available again or whether it would be available in a different color, as I needed the rope. Unfortunately, I didn't get a reply. Then the lady doesn't need to write to me, and I can just sit at home and wait for the stuff to arrive! I'm very satisfied with the product, and the fact that there was a delivery delay doesn't really bother me, as it can always happen that an item is out of stock. However, the time it took me 4 business days to receive any information is unusually long. Regards, M. Schröder
