failed to acknoledge order by paypal, didn\'t answere E-mails so I bought else where and was half way throuigh varnishing my boat when it arrived, took 14 days to arrive
Our answer
That all is not quite right.
After placing an order, our customer normally gets first a confirmation that we received his order and then we send a final order confirmation including invoice number and total amount via e-mail.
We normaly have short delivery times. Tracking result is:
Order placing and shipment were on the same day, Friday, 27th of June).
The recipient was not available on Wednesday, 2nd of July.
Final delivery was one day later.
