The fastening brackets and screws for the sensor array and the sealing ring for the indicator were missing from the packet. I contacted SVB about this immediately, but they have not yet (3 working days later) answered me and it is now too late for them to do anything about it. I have to get the sensor installed within a couple of days so will procure the necessary parts elsewhere.

Schade, dass im Katalog der Unterschied zwischen Plastikklemmen und Reissverschluss preislich nicht dargestellt wird, ich musste erst tel. nachfragen, da einmal der Preis 169,90 €, das andere mal nur 129,90 € betrug. Die Bearbeitung der Reklamation erfolgte sehr schnell und gut. Überhaupt sind die Leute am Telefon sehr freundlich und nett!
