-the product is not CE marked as it should be!! it comes only with german manual\r\n-the manual is far from being unambiguous and there fore unprofessional\r\n-Iphone and Ipad are only compliant for operations. For support actions you need another computer (as inconsistent to commercial information.\r\n-after 6 weeks of debating with the manufacturer to get it started, they propose me now to send it back to them at my expenses!!!

Very good service and fast, inexpensive shipping...it's just a shame it's through DHL, which isn't customer-friendly. If you're not home, you can pick up the package 100 km away.
