UPS a very bad choice

No issue at all with the SVB24 order itself Im used to their consistently good service.
The problem is that, for some unknown reason, SVB chose UPS for delivery in Denmark, and that turned out to be a poor choice.

Since Tuesday that week UPS never rang my doorbell, even though they twice claimed that nobody was home. They redirected me instead twice to a collection shop where, on both occasions on Wednesday and Thursday, no parcel was available.

In the end, I had to drive to the UPS warehouse in the outskirts of Copenhagen on Friday afternoon to pick up the parcel myself.
