Bulky goods rip-off

Sail battens (125 cm) arrived coiled in a regular-sized package. Despite this, I was still charged almost €20 for bulky goods shipping. The whole thing took a sluggish four days from Bremen to Hamburg, three of which were spent processing the order at SVB. The result: the sail battens are no longer straight and the customer is angry. I probably won't be ordering from them again.
