Great service but be aware of duty and VAT to UK

SVB had the best price, even with the 20% VAT and 6% duty incurred as a result of UK import rules.

Packaging was damaged, but product fine. Instructions included seem straightforward (I will find out when on boat!).

I was supposed to receive home delivery as agreed at the time of purchase, but the UPS driver didn't come to my address and instead decided to leave the package at a drop-off point 5km away.
