I am not happy with the service at all. I don't think Max has any respect for me.

You quoted the freight.. I paid the invoice and now you are getting me to pay UPS again for freight. Did someone from SVB pocket my money? I need to know what on earth is going on.

The coast ist not for freight (this is allready paid with our invoice). It is taxes and duty from Australia. This we could not calculate and depence from Customs.
