The ordered goods were delivered quickly. However, the offer failed to mention that the discounted items were defective! The seams on both jackets are poorly sewn; in some places, double seams have been sewn side by side, and white threads are visible. This is clearly reject merchandise that is no longer saleable and should never have been shipped in this condition. I am extremely disappointed by this delivery, which is not worth the money! Even if it was sent by mistake, I expect such goods to be inspected before shipping and then removed from the shipment. Until now, I have always been impressed with your products and their quality, but this latest delivery is unacceptable. I will be returning both items—this is simply unacceptable! I ask you to inspect the goods and assess their condition yourself. Should I receive similar quality goods in a future order, I will look at other online retailers—thank you for your understanding.
