As long as you don't have to return anything, everything is normal, but if you do have to return any merchandise, they leave you only with the management and the costs.
The purchase process was fine. The return process was very poor.
One of the items I bought was an anode for a Max-Prop propeller. Their advertisement, in bold and prominent letters, states: "Zinc anode for MAX PROP propeller, 28-35 mm shaft" - Item 29621. The reality is that it doesn't fit all Max-Prop propellers, even those with the specified shaft. The holes don't align. Specifically, it doesn't work for a Max-Prop Easy propeller with a 30mm shaft. I complained, believing it to be an advertising error, but they indicated that in another section (of course, in smaller print) they listed the anode's dimensions and that it's not compatible with the Easy model. I don't understand why they don't mention this when advertising it. They have no problem accepting the return because it's within the withdrawal period, but they leave all the costs and return management to the buyer. I think this is the first website I've bought from that leaves the customer to deal with any problems when a product arises. In the future, I'll think long and hard about making another purchase, and there has to be a significant price difference for me to choose them over a local supplier or one with better return policies.

Hola Antonio. Lamentamos que no esté conforme. El artículo 29621 sólo es válido para las hélices MAX PROP y ponemos todas las dimensiones del ánodo en tamaño normal. Por desgracia los MAX PROP Easy tienen tamaños diferentes, también se puede apreciar con la misma foto del producto. Por nuestra parte vamos a estudiar poner un aviso en negrita y que este tipo de errores no le ocurran a nadie más. Su equipo SVB

The ordering process was very easy, the service was excellent, but the delivery with DHL was delayed. The package sat for two weeks at the postal sorting center 5km away. After contacting SVB's customer service, the delivery finally arrived after two days.
