Following a split delivery in two parts, I received an additional pro forma invoice! Contacting customer service resulted in its removal.

Everything is great, just as it should be. The only downside is the excessive number of emails about product reviews! It's obvious that SVB only sells good products. Therefore, I find these numerous emails on the subject almost unnecessary. And when I do want to read a product review, it's only superficial, and I don't know how the product actually performs in practice! Nevertheless, I will continue to order from you. Damaged package
The delivery time was acceptable and in line with current standards. Unfortunately, the delivery service (DHL) was unable to handle the package carefully. The package is clearly damaged; whether the contents are also damaged remains to be seen.
