I stupidly selected a shipping address that was only temporarily set up (and not deleted) and only realized it on the day of delivery – the package was returned to SVB. Communication regarding reshipment to the correct address was quick and easy – excellent service!

I had to return one of the items I ordered because it wasn't compatible with my boat, and the shipping cost from Italy was 45 euros, which I paid for. The return cost shouldn't be charged to the customer.
