I've been a loyal customer of SVB for a long time and always enjoy shopping there. They're very friendly, competent, and helpful. The merchandise, packaging, and shipping have always been impeccable and fast – exactly what you want.

It's a real shame that there isn't a branch here in the south near Lake Chiemsee. Sometimes you just want to see, feel, test, or try on things before buying them. Or get personal advice. There are lots of lakes and rivers here, people who sail in the Adriatic, for example, and especially a lot of boats, but hardly any decent places to buy things locally or, for instance, drop off life jackets for servicing.
