If only it weren't for DHL

Everything's fine. But the logistics company is absolutely terrible. First, the package was stored in the next town over for almost a week, and then it was announced for delivery on Saturday until 5 PM... who works that late on Saturdays? Not the drivers. And then I get an email saying it couldn't be delivered for various reasons (exceeding working hours). DHL sends its regards.
