Very dirty product included (made of fabric)

I had three product in my order. It was quite cheap product (20€), so the returning the product is quite time consuming and requires own sending expences. The product was tieback of curtains (Bavaria). It was more dirty than our 20 years old originals and there are no quarantinees that the dirt will come off in the wash. The other thing was that the shade of color was different than the original one which matches with the picture on web.
