Do not use UPS to Greece

I paid for express delivery as it was urgent.

It arrived in Athens on Wednesday .. fine...
It then took 5 days to get to the destination with no real updates apart from "delayed until tomorrow"
Finally updated the status after 6 pm Monday that it was delivered at 10 am.. I could have picked it up anytime but not after the destination had closed so yet another day lost.

Ups are not the right partner for Greek delivery.l as they use the Greek postal service.

It would have been quicker to not pay express Delivery.

The Dutch flag seems to be of very good quality. The German flag, however, is not. The cord frays when pulled, and the quality is poor.

I have filed a complaint and would like to return it and exchange it for a different, larger German flag. How can I do that?
