Very satisfied with the material
I just installed the panels; the adhesion is perfect, and they look great now. I initially tried cutting them with a utility knife, but it was cumbersome. Finally, I cut the thicker sheet with a Dremel cutting disc and the foam carefully with a utility knife. It was the best solution; it saved me a lot of time and effort. You have to be careful when you get to the metallic part because it tears easily, even if you press firmly to ensure it adheres. That's the only flaw I've found. Despite that, I love it. The cut edges don't look great, so I added the silver aluminum tape they suggest for finishing. I don't know if it will stick to the foam for very long, but right now it looks perfect. When I turned on the motor, I noticed less noise than before, even though my previous insulation was twice as thick as this. So, I'm delighted with the material.
