The puller really did me a good job. Especially in my case, where the impeller is difficult to access, because the water pump is installed very close to an on-board wall, it has served me well. Since there was not enough space for the threaded rod, I unscrewed it completely, attached the "torso" of the puller to the impeller and pulled the whole thing in the right direction with my fingers: This was immediately successful with minimal effort. The only drawback: The very high price for the tool, the height of which I can not understand with the best will.
