We've had the same model on board for almost 20 years. Robust and good. However, everything had suffered from UV exposure and no longer looked good, even the mount was starting to look brittle. So we bought the same system again – there's nothing better than a simple 11-volt replacement on a boat. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks, the lamp was already filled with water (not condensation, but the plastic cap on the bulb was half full. The cap had just been screwed on, and the seal also seemed flat). The mounting wires have also been reduced in quality. For €100, the quality is far too poor.
