Exactly, it has a plastic cap and from there you can see the nuts, but I wanted to adjust them and they are very tight, so I thought that it should not be from there that the water enters.

Small inlet of fresh water (rain)
Hi, I have a rainwater inlet that enters and runs through the roof on the port side, and falls where the 220v plug is. I would think that it enters through some railing support but I can not find it. Any idea how to fix it?
