Hi, I had the same problem. I suspect that rainwater is running into the deck cavities near the screws and onto the bulkhead at the window. The bulkhead can dry out on top, but stays wet underneath. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find the source of the problem because there are many screws on the top of the boat, for example at the black grab rails at the top of the cabin. There must be a hollow deck under those. So far I have used SIKA sealant there, but I might replace it with butyl tape, because it never hardens.
