14 cheap slats with a few rubber bands for €210 is a real rip-off. I placed the order based on the many good reviews, and I have to wonder if the reviews here are true. The slats are made of the cheapest wood, the curve in the slats can be pressed against the floor with your little finger, so these slats can't offer any back support because you're lying on flattened slats. Maybe this affects ventilation, but a cheap mat is enough for that!! I'm also extremely disappointed with the customer service, which didn't happen in my case. You can save yourself the trouble of emailing them; they get ignored - in my case, three of them.
