Sorry was clumcy: Genoa uncertainty
Hi Skippers, I am in the proces of getting a brand new genoa from rolly tasker. They ask me which direction the furler runs when rolling inward the sail (genoa). If you ask AI (gemini they state that on bav 34 from 2000 the direction is clockwise for rolling the sail in. On my boat it is the other way around and I suspect that a previous owner ordered a genoa with the UV-protection on the wrong side and decided to turn the furler the other way. Can anyone of you confirm how it is on their boat? Mind you on the newer models the direction was apparently changed according to pictures on the Internet. THANKS very much for helping me.
