On the MD 2020 in the tilted position, you cannot drain all of the oil. The oil pump strainer is positioned lower to prevent the oil from being drawn out (unless the oil pan is removed)
For the oil level, you should rely on the dipstick, not the amount of oil between the two marks, because if you exceed the level, oil will back up through the bottom cylinder.
